RETURNS POLICY

RETURN OF PDF PATTERNS
Honey & Rose PDF patterns are available for download instantly after purchase on the confirmation page and a download link will also be emailed after purchase. Please save your pattern to your computer before you print it to save it for future use. You may print or download contents to a local hard disk for your personal and non-commercial use only.

SHIPPING OF PRINTED PATTERNS
All printed patterns are shipped from the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia by Australia post. Orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days of the order being placed. You will receive an email advising when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

RETURN OF PRINTED PATTERNS RETURNS
Refunds are not given if you change your mind. If you need to return your product if it is faulty or not as purchased, please email us at hello@honeyandrose.com.au within 21 days of purchasing your pattern with a valid reason for the return of your order. Refunds will be accepted providing the product is returned unopened and in saleable condition. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
