Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All made to order clothing is shipped from the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia by Australia post. Due to the nature of our made to order range, orders have a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks to complete, ship and arrive at your door. You will receive an email advising when your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Shipping may take between 2-8 days within Australia and 6-27 days internationally. Delays may also occur due to COVID-19.
Returns of Made To Order garments
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the garment has a fault or there has been a mistake. Please contact us using our online form within 7 days of receiving your order with a valid reason and photos for the return of your order.
All sales are final and once an order is placed, our garments are made to order and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are not given if you change your mind.
We take great care in photographing our garments and ensuring that the colour represented on our website is as closely matched to the finished product as possible. However, not all screens are created equal and cannot ensure that the garments you receive will be exactly the same as what you see on your computer or device. Please follow all care instructions on the care labels sewn into each garment to ensure longevity out of your garment.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of reviewing your returned item if it is deemed refundable. All refunds are made at the discretion of Honey & Rose Designs. You will also be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Returns of Ready Made garments
We do not refund on 'change of mind' purchases. If you are however not completely satisfied with your purchase of an item, we will sadly refund your merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- You have notified us of intention to return the item within 5 days of receiving your item. As all orders are tracked, day 1 is the day of delivery, or day of first attempted delivery if more than one attempt at delivery was required. Sadly, we cannot authorise a return if you have not notified us within 5 days.
- Please contact us using our online form.
- We receive the return within 7 days after your notice was given. We will not refund items received by us later than the 14th day after the item was first attempted to be delivered to you.
- You are in Australia - sorry we do not accept international returns.
- The item is in its original condition - unworn, unused and undamaged - with all tags in place, and folded in the original packaging.
- The return is posted in the package in which it was received.
- Please include a note which states your name and order number.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return, deduction to refund value, or return of the package back to the original purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.
Return of PDF Patterns
Honey & Rose PDF patterns are available for download instantly after purchase on the confirmation page and a download link will also be emailed after purchase. Please save your pattern to your computer before you print it to save it for future use. You may print or download contents to a local hard disk for your personal and non-commercial use only.
